Collection of general information when you visit our website

Nature and purpose of the processing:

When you access our website, i.e. when you have not registered with us or provide us with information in any other form, information of general nature will be collected automatically. Contact form

Nature and purpose of the processing:

The data entered by you will be stored in order to communicate with you. For this purpose, we need to know your name and a valid e-mail address. This is used to allocate the request and then reply to it. The provision of additional data is voluntary.

Legal basis:

The data entered in the contact form will exclusively be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6, subp. 1, lit. a, GDPR).

Our contact form is intended to offer you an easy way to contact us. The data disclosed by you will be stored to process your inquiry and respond to possible questions related thereto.

If you contact us for a fee estimate, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to perform pre-contractual tasks (Art. 6, subp. 1, lit. b, GDPR).

Retention period:

The data will be deleted no later than 6 months after answering the inquiry.

In case we enter into a contract with each other, we are subject to the retention periods stipulated by the HGB (Commercial Code) and will delete your data once these periods have expired.

You provide your personal data on voluntary base. However, we will only be able to process your inquiry if you share your name, e-mail address and request with us.
